Apartments Luino, House Lake Maggiore, Villa Colmegna

The three apartments were completely refurbished in 2005 and are charmingly furnished in a typical Mediterranean style. They are situated in a sunny position and enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. They are 50 meters from the lake and 300m from Camin Hotel Colmegna. Not far from the apartments there is a small cove, the ideal place for swimming and sunbathing. In addition all hotel services are available. If you wish you can have breakfast or dine à la carte.

You can park your car in the free hotel car park.

To get to the apartments it is necessary to go up some steps, or walk on a small path through the woods.

It is perfect for those who want to breathe the authentic spirit of Italy.
Located in the centre of the small village Colmegna on the second floor of a charming stone house that has been recently renovated and furnished in a Mediterranean style. Easy to reach by foot. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Just 150 meters from the public beach and 200 from the hotel, where you can use all the hotel services, as well as parking area.
